What Is PoC?
A Proof of Concept (PoC) is a limited free trial used to demonstrate a platform's value before a customer commits to a full contract. DataTrue's PoC runs for 30 days, with the DataTrue team assisting in setup of a coverage scan and at least one critical user journey simulation.
Most enterprise software purchases involve real risk: teams don’t want to sign a year-long contract before seeing whether a tool actually catches the problems it claims to catch. A PoC removes that risk by proving value first, scoped to a specific, mutually agreed set of outcomes rather than an open-ended trial. During a PoC, DataTrue typically sets up Persona-Based Testing to simulate real user journeys, without ever using real customer data. Most PoCs end with an option for a 6-month review clause, so a team can walk away if results don’t hold up.
